Tatiana Polt-Lutsenko

Was born in Kiev, got secondary and high music education and was awarded the qualification of choir conductor. After graduation from the Conservatory she worked as a choirmaster of opera studio of the National Music Academy of Ukraine. For the first time she started singing ancient music in the ensemble “Avlos” – the only ensemble specializing in ancient medieval music for that period of time. To foster her singing talent and her knowledge of medieval music Tatiana moved to Switzerland to study at Schola Cantorum Basiliensis specializing in “Medieval singing”.
